Jamaica Plain Saxophone Quartet
Praised for their “unrivaled breadth of programming” (Boston Musical Intelligencer), the Jamaica Plain Saxophone Quartet creates diverse and energetic concert experiences, aiming to leave their audiences with a new or renewed interest in contemporary music. Formed in 2017, the group performs frequently across Boston in settings as varied as their programming: concert halls, breweries, libraries, and everywhere in between. JPSQ has been presented by organizations such as the Peabody Essex Museum, the Emerald Necklace Conservancy, the Boston Public Library, Boston Parks and Recreation, the Loring Greenough House, and others.

Mischief Mile is made up of eight experienced musicians who think that live events should be FUN! We put major emphasis on crowd participation, and our high-energy mash-ups and medley-driven, non-stop flow will keep you and your party guests dancing all night! Our continuously growing catalogue includes the kind of variety you can only expect to hear on your Spotify favorites playlist (including some Boston favorites!), and every song is carefully chosen to appeal to everyone in the room, from the young to the young-at-heart.
Pharos Quartet
Based in Boston, the Pharos Quartet is a stirring musical collaborative formed by four New England saxophonists: Jennifer Bill (soprano), Amy McGlothlin (alto), Jon Amon (tenor), and Andy Wilds (baritone). Their unique combination of ideas, styles, and expressions brings the sound of the saxophone quartet to a new apex. With a vivid repertoire, balanced between notable pioneers as well as visionaries of tomorrow, Pharos maintains a steady appetite for today’s most demanding saxophone quartet literature. Their concerts are stimulating, entertaining, and unpredictable. Its members bring together their own international performance experience and fuse it into a distinct chamber music event.

Saxophonist Andy Wilds and pianist Eileen Huang present engaging performances that blend artistic excellence with thoughtful storytelling. Drawing on a shared passion for chamber music, the duo creates programs that connect audiences with compelling musical narratives, from beloved masterworks to contemporary compositions and overlooked gems. Their collaborations explore themes of place, history, innovation, and personal connection, reflecting both artists’ deep ties to New England’s vibrant musical community.
